Across the whole of W3

We know every corner
of Acton.

One of London’s best-connected districts — and every part of it moves a little differently. From the Elizabeth line at Acton Main Line to the towers of North Acton, we plan for the street and the building.

Acton Town

Piccadilly & District lines

The southern hub around Acton Town station — Edwardian terraces and mansion flats off Gunnersbury Lane, with the usual tight residential parking to plan around.

Acton Central

Overground

The heart of the district around the High Street and Churchfield Road — Victorian terraces, flats above the shops, and the market street to work around on a busy day.

Acton Main Line

Elizabeth line

Transformed since the Elizabeth line arrived — a wave of new apartments and regeneration around the station, with plenty of first moves into brand-new flats.

North Acton

Central line

The new high-rise quarter — student and young-professional towers with concierge desks, goods lifts and loading bays that need booking ahead for a smooth move.

South Acton

Overground

Home to the large, regenerating South Acton estate — a mix of towers, low-rise blocks and new builds where lift access and loading points shape the plan.

West Acton

Central line

The leafier corner — 1930s semis and quiet garden-suburb streets around West Acton station, generally kinder on access and driveway space.

East Acton

Central line

Cottage-estate streets and terraces near the A40, close to Wormwood Scrubs — steady residential moves with good main-road links.

Park Royal

A40 / A406 · commercial

One of London’s biggest business estates on the NW10 border — warehouse, studio and office relocations with dock access, loading bays and out-of-the-way units.

in the best way.

Elizabeth line Regeneration Park Royal

Acton has always been busy, but the last few years have changed it fast. When the Elizabeth line arrived at Acton Main Line it brought a wave of new flats and fresh faces, and we’ve carried plenty of first moves into those brand-new apartments — keys collected, boxes up, kettle on.

The South Acton estate is in the middle of a long regeneration, a shifting mix of towers, low-rise blocks and new builds where the real work is the lift access and the loading points. Over in North Acton, the new high-rises have concierge desks and goods lifts that need booking ahead — the kind of detail we sort before the day so nothing stalls in the lobby.

And it isn’t only homes. Park Royal, on the district’s north-west edge, is one of the biggest business estates in the capital — studios, workshops, warehouses and offices that we relocate around the working week. Victorian terraces off the High Street, leafy 1930s semis in West Acton, a unit in Park Royal: it’s all Acton, and we move all of it with the same care.

What Acton says

Kind words from the neighbourhood.

We were on the tenth floor of one of the new North Acton towers and I was dreading the lift situation. The team had already sorted the goods-lift booking with the concierge before they arrived, so it all just… worked. Friendly, quick, nothing damaged.
Hannah P. North Acton, W3 · Tower-block flat move
Our place is a narrow Victorian terrace just off Churchfield Road and parking is a nightmare. They knew exactly where to load and got the sofa out without a scratch on the door frames. Really careful people.
Deniz A. Acton Central, W3 · Victorian terrace move
Moving a whole family from a 1930s semi with three kids underfoot could have been chaos. It wasn’t. Calm, well-organised, boxes labelled by room, and genuinely lovely with the children. Couldn’t recommend them more.
The Osei family West Acton, W3 · Family house move
We relocated a small studio unit within Park Royal over a weekend so we didn’t lose working time. They handled the loading-bay access and the kit carefully and had us set up ready for Monday. Professional from start to finish.
Rob M. Park Royal · Studio/business move
Our new place wasn’t ready in time so we needed storage for a couple of weeks in between. They took care of the lot — moved us out of the estate, stored everything, then delivered it all when we were ready. Took the stress right out of it.
Priya S. South Acton, W3 · Estate flat + storage
We moved from Acton out to rural France and were nervous about the customs side after Brexit. It was explained clearly, the same crew did both ends, and everything arrived in one piece. Made a big move feel manageable.

Good to know

Questions Acton asks.

Which parts of Acton do you cover?
All of it — the whole W3 area and its edges. Acton Town, Acton Central and Acton Main Line, plus East, West, South and North Acton, and business moves across the Park Royal estate. Wherever you are in Acton, tell us the address and we’ll plan the move around the street and the building.
Do you move flats in the North Acton towers?
Regularly. The new high-rises around North Acton have concierge desks, goods lifts and loading bays that usually need booking in advance — we’re used to that, and we’ll coordinate the lift slot and access with the building so the day runs smoothly rather than stalling in the lobby.
Can you handle a move on the South Acton estate?
Yes. The South Acton estate is a mix of towers, low-rise blocks and new builds, so the plan is all about lift access, loading points and how far the carry is from the door to the van. We look at that up front and bring the right kit for it.
What kinds of properties do you move in Acton?
The full spread the district has: Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis in West Acton, flats above the High Street shops, the estate blocks in South Acton, the new towers in North Acton, and commercial units in Park Royal. Each has its own access quirks, and we plan for them rather than being caught out.
Do you offer storage as well as removals?
We do — clean, secure storage for anything from a few boxes to a whole home, for as short or as long as you need. It’s handy when your moving-out and moving-in dates don’t line up, or when a new place isn’t quite ready. Ask us and we’ll sort the right amount of space.
